Can we run Cafeinaja on our own server?
Yes. With the Self-hosted plan we deploy it on your own cloud project and domain, white-labeled, with your data fully in your hands.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR and order in their browser, in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
Can I use it without a payment gateway?
Yes. Guests pay at the cashier, at the table or with your QRIS, and staff confirm in one tap. Pay-first is on by default, so the kitchen never cooks unpaid orders.
Do I still need a separate POS?
No. Cafeinaja includes a cashier POS for walk-in orders, and every order, from the QR or the counter, lands in the same kitchen display and report.
What happens after the free trial?
Choose a plan to continue. Everything keeps running for a few more days; after that new orders pause until you subscribe. Your menu, tables and data stay safe, and nothing is charged automatically.
How long does setup take?
